Mossvale Waterway Corridor*
Mossvale Waterway Corridor is a regional park within the limits of Mossvale on Manly, a large master planned residential community in Brisbane Australia.
This waterway collects the storm water from the entire neighborhood and carries it to a feature pond and is the key feature of the park. We worked closely with the civil engineer to layout the pond and ripple waterway in order to minimize disruption to the existing natural vegetation. The rest of the park includes a bike path, playgrounds, shelters, sculptures, entry features, feature paving, open space and additional vegetation.
Our inspiration for the character of the park came from the existing vegetation and habitat. Throughout the park, the man made elements artistically depict the indigenous vegetation and habitat.

Moore Park is a design build project with a LEED Silver requirement in a disadvantaged neighborhood within the city limits of Miami. One of the main goals was to keep or relocate all of the large existing trees on site. This proved to be a challenge, but working closely with the design team and the general contractor, we were able to achieve what we set out to do.
The project consisted of a community center and a day care center. We were given the task of unifying the park with these new buildings, the existing Orange Bowl football/track field and the existing tennis center. We designed plazas, walkways and planting with color, pattern and texture to unify all of the buildings.
